No, at Unity Boxing, we encourage and welcome beginners. We have classes and lessons geared for newcomers to learn the basics in a supportive and fun environment.
We offer a variety of classes and training such as boxing fundamentals. partner drills, tactical skills, heavy bag work, sparring sessions, and more. We also have private 1-on-1 training.
Sparring is typically optional and usually reserved for more advanced students. Beginners can focus on technique and fitness without participating in sparring.
